After receiving an RFQ, we review the specifications and carefully study all the piece's details. Being a custom piece, we want to ensure we provide you with a cost-effective, top-quality furniture masterpiece.
Once we receive a purchase order, we will supply you with shop drawings, finish samples, and any other samples requested. We begin production upon receiving approvals.
We capture process photos in our shop and can update you during production if requested.
To ensure a smooth and effective production, we maintain close communication with purchasers and designers, avoiding potential gaps.
Provide photos of the completed items for approval before packaging.
Coordinate freight to the desired location when requested.
